Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During holidays or promotional events, slight delays may occur.
2. Shipping Methods
We use reliable courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post for domestic deliveries.
For international orders, we may use DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Within Islamabad: 1–2 business days
Other major cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days
Remote areas: 5–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs)
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier link.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date).
Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
8. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
